Payment for all online sales is by interbank transfer to UOB or POSB only. Orders are subject to payment verification and acceptance before they are shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Our products are designed with great care and we hope you are pleased with them. However if for any reason you are not, please return them unused and in the original packaging with labels attached within 14 days and we will refund or exchange them for you. The shipping cost for return will be borne by buyer. Please contact us at enquiries@bedsheepz.com.

Delivery

Standard Delivery - We aim to deliver all stocked items within 2-4 working days. For out of stock items, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. All delivery will be done by Singapore post via registered mail. There will be a flat rate of $5 for each set and free delivery for orders above SGD 300.00.
